Grana, in all aspects delivers everything great about a traditional delicatessen.
Grana’s design incorporates warm and authentic materials such as rich timbers, hand-made textured tiles, concrete, burnished metal, specialty plaster, and rendered brick. The use of earthy-rich timber tones, creamy hues, and textured surfaces throughout the space enhances the aesthetic, creating a cohesive and welcoming environment.
Grana was given a distinct brief to embody a contemporary retail offering with traditional hospitality values at its core making the space a truly unique community driven venue. Grana’s design draws inspiration from the local Brunswick community, with materials and a tonal palette taking cues from the adjoining restaurant next door. It is a space that is familiar to all locals and draws the attention of passersby who cannot resist a glimpse inside.
