The design incorporates shelving for packaged goods, a walk-in cheese room, a servery counter and tables for fresh produce and cheese for tasting. The colours of concrete and natural timber are contrasted by the cool blue of timber lining boards, table supports and the metal frame of the cheese room.
Floors are dominated by large concrete tiling, with the servery counter and produce tables highlighted by Spanish feature tiles. Interest is created and volume broken up by metal and timber light fittings hanging at varying heights over the produce tables.
