The brief for 1001 Nepean called for an extensive refurbishment which focussed on activating the existing asset through both architectural in interior interventions. Commercial tenancies were elevated through the introduction of a natural and tactile palette, teamed with bespoke furniture selections.
End of trip facilities were also upgraded to meet the modern needs of an active workplace.
