Five Vineyard winery is located 29km north of the CBD in Mernda, Victoria. The design of the winery showcases the art of winemaking.
We collaborated closely with the Five team to create a design that embodies their vision and captures the meticulous craftsmanship involved in cultivating and producing their exceptional wines. The venue consists of a Cellar Door, 70-person restaurant, event space with seating for 100 people, a basement cellar, guest amenity lounges for events, a private dining space for 20 people with a view of the winery, and an outdoor terrace bar.
Each of the spaces has its own unique personality, incorporating a rich and textural palette that evokes a sense of the artisan craft involved in winemaking – a handmade quality.
